The Abu Dhabi Government Media Office announced that Salal Company had obtained the “Quality Mark for a Supportive Work Environment for Parents” granted by the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority to institutions and entities, in appreciation of the efforts to create supportive work environments for parents, provide flexible work patterns, family welfare programs, parental leave and other initiatives.

The “Quality Mark for a Supportive and Parent-Friendly Environment” project is a voluntary initiative launched by the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority, which includes a set of standards that institutions must adopt in order to be approved as supportive work environments for parents and to be awarded a quality mark, most notably that workplaces provide facilities for working parents, and understand The needs of the family, actively seeking to welcome new parents, and working to push the boundaries of maternity or paternity leave and nursing hours are some examples of what makes the work environment supportive of parents.
