Paul Jones, with over 24 years of experience in insights and analytics, will lead the charge in leveraging data to drive customer engagement programs on an international scale.

Established in 2001, Reward operates in 15 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The company’s cloud-based API platform integrates content, advertising, and commerce to deliver comprehensive customer experience (CX) strategies for increased engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
