President of Sharjah Institute for Heritage receives Ambassador of North Macedonia

SHARJAH, 5th June, 2022 (WAM) — Dr. Abdul Aziz Al Musallam, President of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, has met with Abdul Qadir Mimidi, Ambassador of the Republic of North Macedonia to the UAE, at the Institute’s headquarters.

The meeting explored various aspects of cultural cooperation with cultural events held in the Republic of North Macedonia, and participation in cultural and heritage events and activities.

Dr. Al Musallam said, “We are pleased to visit the Ambassador of North Macedonia, who is always welcome and appreciated, as various aspects of cooperation were discussed for more cultural activities and programmes, and participation in them, whether in Sharjah or in Macedonia .The discussions were vital and fruitful, during which we agreed on many practical proposals that contribute to strengthening and consolidating cultural relations between us, in addition to the participation of some parties in presenting Arabic manuscripts and documents in Macedonia.

In turn, Ambassador Mimidi expressed his delight at visiting the institute, highlighting the importance of enhancing their collaboration.
