ABU DHABI, 9th March, 2023 (WAM) — The Supreme Council for Financial and Economic Affairs has issued a resolution to reconstitute the Board of Directors of Mubadala Investment Company, with H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, to serve as Chairman.
The other board members are H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Khaldoun Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority and Member of the Executive Council, who will sit as Managing Director; Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure; Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology; Abdulhamid Mohammed Saeed; and Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary-General of Abu Dhabi Executive Office.
