Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has chosen Dubai to open its first office outside the UK.

This new location will be an extension of what is known around the world as the global center of excellence in luxury manufacturing at the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, West Sussex, England.

The Dubai office is the first of a group of similar facilities to open in major capitals around the world over the next few years.

The purpose of these offices is to provide communication and build close relationships with Rolls-Royce customers to strengthen the prestigious UK manufacturer’s reputation and position as the world’s most customer – oriented luxury brand.

The new private office in the heart of Dubai, One Central, offers the most discerning customers in the Middle East a great experience by bringing the expertise and knowledge of the House of Rolls-Royce to their doorstep. This is achieved through the offered materials and levels of hospitality that the brand is known for, as well as the first permanent appointment of a designer from the Bespoke team and Director of Customer Creativity outside of Goodwood.

Both of these important positions are held by two people with significant experience working for Rolls-Royce. Tailor-made designer Michelle Losby arrives in Dubai with eight years of experience working with Rolls-Royce, after working on several exciting projects such as. the limited Phantom Serenity that took the breath away from the world by bringing a new dimension to the concept of serenity through applied materials and techniques. In return, Chris Hardy has moved from Goodwood to take over the position of Director of Customer Creativity. Chris has been working with Rolls-Royce for over five years and will take on his new role with passion, where he will be responsible for providing a great customer experience at Private Office Dubai.

To meet customer demand, the focus will be on three main programs in Private Office, the recently updated Coachbuild program, the exclusive Rolls-Royce luxury design program Bespoke and access to the Private Office suite of single-edition vehicles. These offerings are part of an integrated strategy that lays the foundation for the collaboration between a well-established global network of agents and the launch of a global private office in selected locations around the world.

Private Office in Dubai offers more than a traditional showroom experience and will be followed by the opening of several similar offices around the world. In each Rolls-Royce meeting with the customer, his unique profile, set of preferences, desires and comfort needs will be explored.

The Bespoke team evaluates the customer’s personality to choose the colors and designs that suit him, after extracting ideas from the conversation with him, exchanging photos and others. This creates a well-thought-out product that suits the customer’s personality and wishes.

In addition, Private Office will create raw opportunities with visual tools designed to initiate engaging conversations using rehearsals and pre-briefings. The luxury space in the facility also offers design elements inspired by the Goodwood facility, such as colors and materials that help customers create inspiration in familiar surroundings.

After the design direction has been agreed, customers are invited to discuss the car’s details directly with engineers and craftsmen, who bring the ideas to life at all stages of the manufacturing process.

The regional team at all Rolls-Royce private offices around the world will personally present the cars to customers with a book describing the production stages of the bespoke car as a memento. This will allow customers to relive the experience whenever they want.

The private office is located in Dubai The Offices 4, One Central and now welcomes visitors. Private sessions can be booked through your local agent.
