SHARJAH, 20th November, 2022 (WAM) — Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) obtained 4 new ISO certificates and the Integrated Management System (IMS) certification, as part of its quest to achieve excellence.

This comes from its keenness towards continuous improvement in the levels and mechanisms of providing its services to all customers, according to the best standards and achieving strategic and operational goals in line with the changes and the cultural and economic renaissance witnessed by the Emirate of Sharjah under the leadership of H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.

Mohammed Abdullah, Director of the Call Centre Department, noted that the authority’s call centre obtained the integrated management system after obtaining 4 new ISO certificates, to become 5 certificates obtained by the authority’s call centre this year.

He stressed that the application of the integrated management system helps to implement ISO standards in various requirements, and adopt a framework for risk management.
