SHARJAH, 28th March, 2022 (WAM) — Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) picked up the award for Best Service Performance Brand in the service sector, at the 28th session of the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme, an initiative organised by the Dubai Department of Economic Development.
The prestigious award is an additional accolade for the bank, having previously been honoured in the Smart Services Sector category in 2020, and the services sector category in 2019. The awards confirm the bank’s continuous approach in enhancing quality and excellence to achieve further growth and development in banking.
Ahmed Saad, DCEO of Sharjah Islamic Bank, said, “We are proud to have won this award, which is a reflection of the excellent banking services we provide to individuals, institutions and companies. We will continuously work to improve and develop services to facilitate customers and further enhance commercial and economic activity. We thank our employees and partners for their efforts towards this worthy achievement.”
He also highlighted the many successes celebrated by the bank during this exceptional year, and said that in the wake of challenges brought about by coronavirus, the bank continued to perform at its best, providing unparalleled service to customers.
