Rashid Abdullah Al Qaseer, Deputy Director of the Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Dubai, received the consular patent from Sibele Pfaff, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, at the Ministry’s office in Dubai.
Al-Qusair welcomed the German Consul General on her appointment and praised the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and wished her well in her new duties.
