Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, the leading healthcare facility of the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), was among the prominent winners of the 2022 Harvard Business Council Awards.
The honor of Sheikh Khalifa Medical City came in appreciation of its efforts and achievements in dealing with the Corona pandemic “Covid-19” in Abu Dhabi, where it won a diamond category award in light of the distinguished practice pandemic. Sheikh Khalifa Medical City delivered outstanding performance and exceptional capabilities to confront the pandemic by following highly studied strategies and adhering to the highest levels of expertise, professionalism and readiness.
Harvard judges praised the hospital for its ability to address its priorities to respond quickly to the challenges of the ongoing health crisis, while maintaining its focus on health and safety for patients and staff.
Al Dhafra Hospitals received the Gold Award for the category of organizations for having a high level of expertise and achieving a unique position by maintaining operational expertise and supporting organizational focus, including the implementation of all principles and practices of total quality management to meet the requirements of directives, resource development, operating model, standards and requirements for expertise and performance.
The Harvard Business Council International Awards also honored Dr. Safaa Ezzat Al Mustafa, Acting CEO of Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, who received the Diamond Executive Award for her dedication to work to achieve the highest quality standards in healthcare.
