12th edition of ‘Sharjah Lights Festival’ to take place from 8-19 February

SHARJAH, 2nd February, 2023 (WAM) – The Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA) has announced the 12th edition of the “Sharjah Lights Festival 2023” which will be held from 8th to 19th February across various locations in Sharjah. The festival includes a full schedule of light shows, paintings, and entertainment activities aimed at individuals and families. The details were revealed during a press conference attended by Khalid Jassim Al Midfa, Chairman of the SCTDA and other officials.

Al Midfa emphasised that the festival has become a leading event in the emirate, made possible through contributions from both government and private sectors.

The festival brings together local and international talents and artists to present stunning light shows with accompanying music and effects. The “Village of Lights” provides families with a unique experience through a range of local projects, a museum of lights, and entertainment activities and live performances.
