The project, which commands a significant investment of AED 313 million, is set to more than double the current campus size, catalyzing further growth in the educational sector and reinforcing the emirate’s commitment to emerging as a pivotal knowledge economy.
The grand vision for this expansion not only increases the physical footprint of the RIT Dubai campus but also substantially enhances its student capacity. The new development will introduce an additional 85,000 square meters of forward-thinking academic infrastructure, resulting in a total built-up area of 124,000 square meters—an impressive 217 percent increase. Upon completion in 2028, the campus will be equipped to accommodate approximately 4,500 students, a significant rise from the existing accommodation for 2,100 students, thereby directly responding to the escalating demand for higher education in a rapidly evolving job market.
