by Dubaiforum

KUWAIT, 7th February, 2023 (WAM) — Kuwait is coordinating urgent relief aid campaigns for people affected by the massive earthquake that jolted parts of Turkey and Syria, reported the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).

KUNA quoted Kuwait’s Minister of Social Affairs Mai Al-Baghli saying on Monday that the ministry, under the supreme leadership’s directives, is coordinating relief aid campaigns for affected people.

Charity and relief bodies across the country are being invited to participate in the endeavour, Al-Baghli told KUNA, adding that these organisations have already launched online donation campaigns to raise funds for the task ahead.
