The Egyptian General Authority for Red Sea Ports and the Abu Dhabi Ports Group signed a build-operate-transfer (BOT) contract to manage and operate cruise terminals at Safaga, Hurghada, and Sharm El Sheikh ports.

This collaboration aims to develop and modernize the ports, ultimately boosting tourism and trade activities in the Red Sea region. The agreement signifies a significant step towards improving infrastructure and services at these crucial ports, catering to the needs of cruise ships and fostering economic growth in the area.

By investing in the development of these ports, Egypt and the AD Ports Group are positioning themselves for future growth and prosperity. This strategic partnership is set to create new opportunities, attract more visitors, and establish the Red Sea as a key destination for maritime activities in the region.
