SDHR launches training programmes in February

SHARJAH, 2nd February, 2023 (WAM) – The Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) recently held a training programme, “Defending My Job’s Rights”, for 98 employees from government agencies via Microsoft Teams. The programme covered the legal framework for human resources in Sharjah, the grievance and complaints process in government agencies, and the functions of the SDHR’s supreme committee. The training aimed to help employees understand their rights and the proper procedures for submitting grievances and complaints.
