ABU DHABI, 17th March, 2023 (WAM) — The UAE Pro League has announced that it will launch the fourth edition of its Capacity Building Programme for professional club employees on March 20th. This Programme is part of the league’s ongoing efforts to enhance the capabilities of club employees and build up their performance levels in accordance with the UAE Pro League’s 2020-2023 strategic plan, which aims to advance Emirati football in an integrated manner.

The Capacity Building Programme has been implemented by the UAE Pro League for the past four years, with the goal of developing the skills of clubs’ administrative cadres. The Programme includes four main modules, namely the Fan Engagement Officer Module, the Legal and Governance Module, the Marketing and Branding Module, and the Football Administration Module.

Each module of the Programme will include two specialised workshops and several mentorship sessions, followed by a project assessment. Participants who successfully complete the Programme will receive an international certificate from the UK EduQual organisation.

The first module workshop is set to begin on 20th March, with the second workshop to be completed on 28th March, followed by mentoring sessions with the consultant assigned to this module. The Capacity Building Programme for UAE Pro League club employees has achieved great success over the past three years, and the league is committed to continuing its efforts to support club employees and help them achieve professional success at all levels.
