Knightstown Intermediate School wrapped up its 2023 Random Acts of Kindness Week on Friday. The students (and teachers) got to dress up in special themes each day.
Each grade had a specific focus for the week. The fourth graders collected for the animal shelter. The fifth graders collect school supplies. Sixth grade put together treat bags and appreciation cards for staff members. Seventh graders collected candy. And the eighth grader made sure all the younger students got positive messages throughout the week.
The KIS VOICE students also treated school staff members with a coffee cart, doughnuts and pastries. Students helped out the Panther Pantry, as well, and made Valentine’s Day cards for older members of the Knightstown community.
