The TAMM AI Assistant, a flagship initiative spearheaded by the Department of Government Enablement—Abu Dhabi (DGE), was officially launched in October 2024 as part of the ambitious Abu Dhabi Digital Strategy 2025–2027. The initiative aims to revitalize public service through advanced technological solutions, creating a more seamless user experience for residents and visitors alike. Since its inception, the AI assistant has engaged in over 630,000 conversations, exchanging more than one million messages while supporting a breadth of over 950 government services in both Arabic and English.
