Hungarian Minister of Defence Visits EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi
Yesterday, EDGE, a renowned advanced technology and defense group, had the honor of hosting Kristóf Szalay-Bobrovniczky, Hungarian Minister of Defence, at their headquarters in Abu Dhabi. The visit was part of an official delegation led by Hamad Al Marar, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of EDGE Group.
During the visit, the Hungarian delegation had the opportunity to explore EDGE’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at Tawazun Industrial Park. They also held productive discussions with His Excellency Faisal Al Bannai, Chairman of EDGE Group, focusing on potential collaborations in industrial cooperation and knowledge sharing.
This visit highlights the commitment of both countries to strengthen bilateral relations, promote growth in key sectors, and increase non-oil trade, which has significantly surged since 2019. The ongoing efforts aim to foster mutual cooperation and drive economic development between Hungary and the UAE.
