Sponsored by renowned brands S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, this prestigious event, held in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT), celebrates culinary excellence across a diverse region that encompasses 11 cities from Marrakesh to Beirut, Riyadh, and Manama.
Founded by the talented Orfali brothers—Mohammad, Wassim, and Omar—in 2021, Orfali Bros Bistro has uniquely blended its Aleppine heritage with the dynamic culinary landscape of Dubai.
